Statistics and Rankings
Employment statistics are only one measure of the success of Santa Clara law graduates. To give you an idea of what our graduates do and how much they typically earn, here is a snapshot of our 2009 graduating class. While the vast majority accept positions in the Western United States, our alumni base is spread across the entire country with large numbers of graduates in Hawaii, New York, Texas and the Washington, DC area.
Santa Clara Law produces students and graduates who achieve success in all levels of private practice, corporations, government, nonprofit, public interest and the judiciary. Our reputation is driven by the quality of our graduates who, as both people and attorneys, excel in the largest law firms and the smallest law firms, the most prestigious work environments and the most humble. Santa Clara is an active member of the National Association for Law Placement (NALP) and regionally, the Bay Area Legal Recruitment Association (BALRA).
