Honors Moot Court External Board 2013-2014
The Honors Moot Court External (HMCE) Board administers external competitions on behalf of Santa Clara Law. The Board decides which competitions to participate in each year, selects student team members, facilitates travel arrangements and finances, and assists teams through brief writing and practice moots.
